Position Overview

The Quality, Audit & Compliance Officer is tasked with maintaining the integrity of our Quality Management System. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that all quality standards across various services are met. You will conduct and coordinate internal audits, report findings, and collaborate with the Clinical Governance Manager to drive quality improvements.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual who possesses strong communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality assurance within the health services sector and a thorough understanding of relevant standards and legislation.

  • Tertiary qualification in quality or a health related discipline is highly desirable
  • Experience in quality administration in age care
  • Knowledge of standards including SQF, National Standards for Disability Services, Aged Care Act, RTO requirements, and ISO.
