Your Opportunity

We are preparing to launch an amenity rich community for senior adults desiring an independent lifestyle and wellness. We are seeking a Marketing and Public Relations Advisor to lead the strategic marketing and communications rollout in the lead-up to the facility’s opening and beyond.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the public identity of a landmark home care project from the ground up, targeting a discerning clientele while promoting the values of a respected not-for-profit. This a full time 6 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a premium, aspirational brand identity that aligns with AQ’s mission and resonates with high end aged care clients and their families.
  • Create and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy that spans traditional, digital, and community engagement, tailored to the aged care market.
  • Manage and elevate the digital footprint of the new facility, including leading the design and development of a polished website, overseeing SEO and paid media campaigns, and curating compelling social media content.
  • Plan and execute high profile launch events, open days, and community forums that showcase the facility’s unique offerings and vision.
  • Create content and coordinate promotional materials, brochures, video assets, and digital storytelling to communicate the lifestyle and care experience on offer.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication efforts comply with aged care regulations, brand standards, and AQ policies.
  • Coordinate or produce high-quality photo and video content that captures the lifestyle, environment, and care experience of the facility used for campaigns, the website, social media, and media relations.

About You

You are a strategic, results oriented marketing professional with a proven ability to lead branding and public relations initiatives. You thrive in high energy, launch phase environments and understand the nuances of marketing premium services—ideally in aged care or healthcare.

Your background includes:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in brand development and high end positioning.
  • Proven success in executing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong event planning and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across diverse internal and external teams.
  • A proven ability to think creatively and solve problems in innovative ways.
