The Role
As a Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the client intake process for our Allied Health team. You will be responsible for managing client referrals, making initial contact, conducting initial assessments, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your ability to provide exceptional service and build relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial to ensuring positive client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct needs assessments and assist with reviews of existing clients.
- Manage client intakes and referrals efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with Managers and Coordinators to facilitate client onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Provide timely responses to client and family inquiries.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation as part of the onboarding process.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience in client intake, customer service, or a similar role within aged care, allied health, or a related field.
- Strong technological proficiency with the ability to navigate databases and manage client records.
- Excellent networking and collaboration skills with the ability to engage with a range of professionals and referral agencies.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a supportive team environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client engagement, ensuring services align with individual needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant qualification in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Current National Police Certificate clearance (or willingness to obtain and renew every 3 years).
