About your Opportunity:

We are currently employing casual Domestic Assistants who have a keen interest in Aged and Community care to provide domestic services to our clients residing on the north side of Brisbane and surrounds. Aged Care qualifications are not required.

About the Role:

Our services are tailored to support our clients requiring assistance with 'every day' duties to help them to live as independently as possible. Varied duties may involve:

• Domestic Tasks - general cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, putting a load of washing on & bathroom or kitchen cleaning (domestic assistance can vary between each client)
• Unaccompanied shopping
• General socialisation in the home
• Actively support clients to maintain a safe living environment
• At all times, apply safe work practices when using chemical products & cleaning equipment
• Ensure the privacy, confidentiality and dignity of clients at all times
• Respect for clients property and belongings

Qualifications & Skills:

• Similar experience to residential or commercial cleaning
• Registered & reliable vehicle with full comprehensive car insurance
• Current Australian driver's license
• Current First Aid Certificate & CPR
• Current National Police Check
• Demonstrated experience providing high quality services according to established procedure & standards
• Entitled to work within Australia
• 2 Professional References
