As a not-for-profit organization committed to innovation and exceeding expectations, we are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Roster Scheduler to join our team.

THE ROLE

In this key role as a Roster Scheduler you will be ensuring seamless coordination of care services for our clients. You will be at the forefront of direct communication with internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. This is an opportunity to join a leading provider of Aged Care Services, where your contributions will directly impact the lives of those we serve.

As part of our HCP team, you will be responsible for planning rosters, optimising staff time, and maintaining effective communication channels across all stakeholders. Your expertise in Visualcare and experience in 24-hour rostering within the Community Services industry will be invaluable as you navigate the challenges of a constantly evolving environment.

This role is based on site 5 days a week at our Upper Mount Gravatt office.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in rostering within a fast-paced, geographically dispersed setting
  • Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen changes in staff availability and manage emergency replacement requirements
  • Expertise in leave planning to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
  • Time management skills with a focus on client and employee satisfaction
  • Experience with Visualcare software preferred
  • National Police Check and COVID Vaccinations
