Specialist support is also provided by Finance, Clinical Governance and People & Culture
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will remain connected to day-to-day service delivery and be willing to manage a client portfolio when required to maintain continuity of service.
What You Will Do
- Drive growth in client numbers, service utilisation and revenue.
- Lead, coach and develop Client Relations Managers across two states.
- Monitor referrals, client commencements, budgets, utilisation and operational performance.
- Ensure client funding is converted into timely, appropriate and sustainable services.
- Strengthen referral pathways and relationships with clients, families and community partners.
- Work with the CHSP Operations Manager to improve coordination and identify shared growth opportunities.
- Simplify systems and processes to improve efficiency, consistency and responsiveness.
- Oversee service quality, complaints, incidents, compliance and operational risks.
- Build a positive and accountable culture focused on client outcomes and financial sustainability.
- Step in to manage client portfolios when required.
About You
You are a commercially capable community aged care leader who understands that strong client outcomes and sustainable financial performance must work together.
You can identify growth opportunities, develop capable teams and improve operational performance while remaining willing to assist with the practical demands of service delivery.
You will bring:
- Significant leadership experience in Support at Home, Home Care Packages or community aged care.
- Demonstrated success in client growth, business development or referral conversion.
- Strong knowledge of individualised funding, client budgets and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to improve service utilisation and financial performance.
- Experience leading managers or geographically dispersed teams.
- Recent experience overseeing client portfolios, care planning and service coordination.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to use financial and operational information to drive action.
- A collaborative and approachable leadership style, with the confidence to establish accountability and address performance concerns.
- A current driver licence, unrestricted Australian working rights and the ability to travel interstate.
Why Join AQ?
- Attractive salary of $150,000–$160,000 per annum.
- 12% employer superannuation contribution.
- Generous salary packaging benefits.
- Fully maintained company vehicle for business and personal use.
