Alzheimer’s Queensland (AQ) is seeking a high-performing Client Advisor to turn enquiries into positive outcomes for older people and their families.

This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales and intake role. You will manage inbound enquiries, make outbound calls, build rapport and guide prospective clients towards services that help them remain well, independent and connected at home.

We are looking for someone who enjoys achieving targets but understands that successful sales begin with listening, empathy and trust.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Build rapport with prospective, new and returning clients
  • Understand each client’s needs and recommend suitable AQ services
  • Follow up enquiries consistently and convert suitable leads into clients
  • Guide clients through the intake and onboarding process
  • Achieve weekly intake, conversion and service growth targets
  • Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up activities
  • Work closely with operational teams to deliver a smooth client experience
  • Find practical solutions when clients face barriers to accessing services

About You

You are confident on the phone, motivated by results and skilled at building genuine connections. You know how to progress a conversation while ensuring each person feels heard, respected and supported.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in phone-based sales, customer acquisition or client intake
  • Experience in a fast-paced call centre or high-volume contact environment
  • A track record of achieving individual or team targets
  • Confidence managing inbound enquiries and making outbound calls
  • A warm, patient and empathetic telephone manner
  • Strong listening, questioning and relationship-building skills
  • Resilience and confidence when following up prospective clients
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive, team-focused and solutions-oriented approach

Knowledge of aged care, dementia support, health care or community services would be beneficial but is not essential. We will provide comprehensive training to the right person.
