About This Opportunity
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our residential aged care teams at both Windsor Aged Care Services and Rosalie Nursing Care Centre.
We currently have 4 casual opportunities available — 2 positions at Windsor and 2 positions at Rosalie — across AM, Afternoon, and Night shifts. This role is ideal for AINs who are passionate about aged care and looking for consistent shifts within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Working under the guidance of Registered Nurses, you will assist residents with daily living activities while delivering safe, respectful, and person-centred care that supports residents’ wellbeing and quality of life.
Salary: $43.24 per hour + 12% superannuation + salary packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living.
- Assist residents with mobility, hygiene, meals, and comfort.
- Promote independence, dignity, and meaningful engagement.
- Follow care plans and clinical directions from nursing staff.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and consumer-focused care environment.

About You
- Must have valid Australian working rights.
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential aged care.
- Understanding of dementia care and person-centred care principles.
- Ability to work across AM, Afternoon, and Night shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach.
- Ability to follow care plans and organisational procedures.
- Current National Police Check.

Availability Requirements
- Candidates must be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends.
- Candidates available for a minimum of 3–4 shifts per week will be highly regarded.
- Weekend-only availability will not be suitable for this role.
