Client Advisor – Growth & Intake

Alzheimer’s Queensland (AQ) is a respected not-for-profit organisation delivering innovative, high-quality aged care services to older people and individuals living with low to complex care needs. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a confident and driven Client Advisor to play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening our community connections.

This is more than a customer service role — it is a growth-focused position where you will directly contribute to increasing service uptake, supporting organisational targets, and ensuring a seamless intake experience for new clients.

The Opportunity

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, families, and representatives, you will:

  • Convert enquiries into active clients through professional, empathetic engagement
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Conduct phone-based needs discussions and confidently navigate the My Aged Care portal
  • Identify opportunities to grow service delivery across CHSP and Support at Home programs
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth, timely service commencement
  • Collaborate with operational teams to meet growth and intake targets

About You

  • Proven experience in client intake, sales, call centre, aged care, or healthcare environments
  • Mandatory experience using the My Aged Care system
  • Strong phone-based communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-aware and performance focused environment
  • Professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused

The Details

  • Permanent Full-Time (76 hours per fortnight)
  • Based onsite at Upper Mount Gravatt Head Office
  • Flexible rotating roster between the hours of 7.00am – 5:00pm
