Alzheimer’s Queensland (AQ) is seeking an experienced and proactive Administration Officer to support our growing Community Support at Home programs. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting service delivery and the Community Operations Manager.
About the Role
You will play a critical role in supporting our community programs to run efficiently while supporting operational priorities and team initiatives.
Key responsibilities:

- High-volume data entry, integrity, and system management
- Supporting data and operational projects (reporting, data cleansing, process improvements)
- Providing direct administrative support to the Community Operations Manager and wider team
- Managing client enquiries and phone calls with professionalism and care
- Coordinating and updating client services across QLD and NSW, including scheduling changes, cancellations, and service confirmations
- Liaising with clients, families, care staff, and external providers to support seamless service delivery
- Assisting with reporting, compliance, and audit requirements in line with aged care program standards
- Proactively identifying and resolving administrative or data discrepancies
- Contributing to a high-quality, responsive client experience
- Providing reception backfill when required
About You
- Experienced in administration within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confident working across multiple systems and databases
- Experience supporting projects, reporting, or service coordination (highly regarded)
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
- Professional, warm, and client-focused communication style
- Experience in aged care, community services, or similar (desirable
