About the Opportunity
Due to the continued growth of our community services, Alzheimer’s Queensland (AQ) is expanding our team and seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality care across our Home Care services.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your ability to coordinate people, solve problems, and communicate effectively will directly ensure our clients receive the care they need—when they need it.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Coordinating and managing staff rosters across community care services
• Managing leave requests, shift changes, and last-minute coverage
• Communicating with staff, clients, and internal teams to keep services running smoothly
• Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Optimising rosters to balance efficiency with quality care outcomes
• Supporting the team to ensure consistent, reliable service delivery

About You
You’re organised, resilient, and thrive in a busy environment:
• Proven rostering/scheduling experience (aged care or community services highly regarded)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A team player who is willing to step in and support others
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and strong time management
• Experience with Visual Care (or similar systems) is an advantage
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
