Your Role as a Lifestyle Wellness Companion

As a Lifestyle Wellness Companion, you will be at the heart of our mission to support residents in leading fulfilling lives. Your compassionate approach will help residents navigate daily activities and engage in enriching experiences. From assisting with personal care to accompanying residents on community outings, your role is vital in creating a supportive and nurturing environment.

Our innovative approach to aged care emphasises the importance of building strong relationships with residents, focusing on their emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing. You will use creativity and genuine curiosity to discover what sparks joy for each individual, ensuring that they feel valued and engaged.

 

Who You Are

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who understands the nuances of aged care, especially dementia care. You are enthusiastic about providing high-quality, resident-focused wellness services. Your strong communication and organisational skills will allow you to excel both independently and as part of our collaborative team.

  • Minimum qualification: Certificate III in Individual Support; Certificate IV is highly regarded.
  • Two years of relevant experience in aged care or a related field.
  • A current National Police Check and a valid Driver's License are required.
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available to suit your lifestyle.
