Your Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurses to join our team at Windsor Aged Care.

Windsor Aged Care provides residential aged care services in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where residents are encouraged to maintain dignity, independence, and meaningful social connections.

This is a Permanent Part-Time (PPT) position, offering 40–48 hours per fortnight, working night shifts.

We are looking for team members who bring warmth, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to quality care. You will have:

• Empathy and understanding of the needs of elderly residents
• Ability to deliver high-quality personal care, continence support, and safe manual handling
• Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or above (or equivalent) – essential
• Experience in residential aged care
• Current National Police Clearance
• Availability to work night shifts - mandatory
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional approach
