Regional Services Manager – Gold Coast
Alzheimer’s Queensland (AQ) is seeking a commercially capable and experienced leader to guide our Gold Coast Multi Service Centre — aged care community-based respite service supporting older people to stay connected, engaged, and independent.
This senior role is accountable for operational performance, client attraction and commencement, financial sustainability, team leadership, and service growth.
The Role
You will lead day-to-day operations across centre and community services, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred support for old-aged Australians and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving operational and financial performance
- Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team
- Strengthening referral networks and community partnerships
- Growing participation through authentic local engagement
- Ensuring compliance, quality, and effective reporting
Working closely with the State Manager, you will balance commercial discipline with compassionate leadership to ensure the service remains vibrant, sustainable, and aligned to AQ’s values.
About You
