We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant (Kitchen & Cleaning) to join our caring team at Windsor, a welcoming 61-bed residential aged care home.

This is a multi-skilled role where you will support both kitchen and cleaning services, helping to maintain a safe, hygienic, and homely environment for our residents. Your contribution will play a vital role in supporting residents’ wellbeing and comfort every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness

  • Support laundry and cleaning services in line with infection control standards

  • Ensure all work areas meet hygiene, safety, and quality requirements

  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality and care teams

  • Contribute to a warm, respectful, and resident-focused environment

About You

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, organised, and takes pride in their work. Experience in aged care hospitality or cleaning roles is highly regarded but not essential.

You will also bring:

  • Previous experience in kitchenhand, cleaning, or laundry duties (aged care preferred)

  • Sound knowledge of infection control and hygiene practices

  • Good time management skills and the ability to work independently

  • A caring, patient, and empathetic approach

  • Availability to work up to 6 shifts per fortnight
