We are seeking Casual Community Support Assistant to deliver high-quality, person-centered support to elderly clients living in the community.

Key duties include:

• Social support and companionship
• Personal care and medication support
• Meal preparation
• Light domestic assistance
• Transport and community access support

You will adopt a restorative and wellness-focused approach, supporting clients to maintain independence, confidence, and engagement in daily life.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Aged Care / Community Care / Individual Support (essential)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current Queensland Open Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• A respectful, empathetic, and confidential approach to care
• Previous experience in aged care or community support (highly regarded)

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENT

Applicants must be available to work the following shifts:

• Tuesday: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Wednesday: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
