Quality & Performance Lead Officer – Community Care (Aged Care)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality and Performance Lead Officer specialised in community – Aged Care to strengthen continuous improvement practices across our Community Care programs, including CHSP and Support at Home. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a seamless, high-quality client journey through strong compliance, streamlined processes, and capability building across our community teams. A meaningful role where your work directly improves the lives of senior Australians
In this role, you will be responsible for process improvement and enhance efficiency, improve documentation standards, and support teams to reduce unnecessary administrative burden. You will lead proactive quality monitoring, drive improvement initiatives, and help embed a positive, learning-focused quality culture across the organisation.
Working closely with the State Manager – Qld & NSW and the Home Care Operations Manager, you will ensure AQ remains audit-ready, compliant with legislative and regulatory standards and continuously improving service delivery to meet the evolving needs of senior Australians.
This role is ideal for an organised, analytical, and collaborative professional who is passionate about quality systems, regulatory compliance, and improving outcomes for clients and staff.
