THE ROLE
In this key role as a Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of care services for our clients. You will be at the forefront of direct communication with internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction. This is an opportunity to join a leading provider of Aged Care Services, where your contributions will directly impact the lives of those we serve.

As part of our Home Care Package team, you will be responsible for planning and managing rosters, optimising staff time, and maintaining effective communication channels across all stakeholders. Your extensive experience in rostering within aged care or community services will be invaluable as you navigate the challenges of a dynamic and evolving environment. This full-time, on-site role is based at our Upper Mount Gravatt office.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Rostering/scheduling experience in aged care or community services (2+ years required)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage staff schedules, leave planning, and emergency replacements
  • Experience with Visualcare software is desirable however not mandatory 
  • National Police Check or willingness to obtain one 

SALARY & BENEFITS

  • $42.50 per hour ($83,980 per annum) + Super
  • Salary sacrifice benefits – up to $15,900 per annum tax-free dollars ($611.55 per fortnight)
